Delete your
account.

Permanent removal of your MathDOC X account and everything keyed to it. We verify it was really you by email before anything is erased.

What deletion removes
  • AuthYour Firebase Authentication record (email / Google sign-in)
  • ProfileName, phone, district, batch and guardian details
  • AcademicsMock scores, attendance, progress notes tied to your UID
  • AccessLMS replays, tute downloads and app sign-in — permanently
How it works

  • Step 02We send a secure verification link to that email
  • Step 03Click the link — your account is deleted immediately
Deletion is irreversible. Enrollment records tied to paid fees are retained in anonymised form for accounting, as described in the Privacy Policy. To keep your seat but pause access, contact the batch coordinator instead.

Enter the email address you use to sign in to MathDOC X. A verification link will be sent — the deletion completes only when you click it.

Can I recover a deleted account?

No. Deletion is immediate and permanent once the verification link is clicked. A fresh account can be created later, but academic history tied to the old UID is gone.

What if I paid for an active term?

Deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund. Refunds follow the Terms of Service — contact the batch coordinator first if you have an active paid enrollment.

I'm under 18 — can I delete myself?

Yes, you can request deletion yourself. Your registered guardian may also request it on your behalf by emailing privacy@mathdocx.lk.

The email never arrived.

Check spam, verify the address matches your sign-in exactly, and that your domain is whitelisted in Firebase. Still nothing? Email privacy@mathdocx.lk and we will process the deletion manually within 7 working days.
