Can I join mid-year?
Yes, until the end of term one. Late joiners get a catch-up pack plus LMS replays of all completed units, and sit the diagnostic before their first lecture.
Physical or online — which results are better?
Cohort data since 2022 shows no meaningful difference in A/B rates between the two formats, provided the student attends mocks. Choose on logistics, not format myths.
What does “personally marked” mean?
The Sir marks every full mock paper by hand — no delegated grading. Written feedback goes back with each paper within one week of sitting it.
Is the revision arc included?
It is included in Complete X and Online Island-wide. Theory Class students may add it per term at a discounted rate.
What are the payment terms?
Monthly, billed on the 1st, via bank transfer or listed payment apps. Term-payments receive a concession. Details are confirmed at enrollment.
Refunds?
Full refund within the first two lectures of any term, no questions. After that, fees are per-lecture consumed. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.
